Welcome and thanks for checking out our page! My name is Arun and I'm the founder of Hybrid Training Systems (since 2010). I am a highly experienced and certified Personal Trainer in Sydney, Australia and have a Certificate IV and III in Fitness and a Master Trainer Certification. My services are also 100% insured.


Fitness is a passion of mine and I genuinely love helping my clients achieve their goals and always ensure they stay motivated and driving towards their goals no matter what obstacles they may encounter. I strongly believe that the best motivation someone can get is from seeing constant progress and results from their training, and this is what I specialise in!


Simply put, if you want the best results possible then you have clearly come to the right place! Everyone's body is built differently, and for this reason my training caters to your needs. I absolutely never work with generic routines as they are completely inefficient and thus being a waste of time. My training is structured with a clear path to progression with details recorded digitally and calculated efficiently, making every single training session count. Forget park training, indoor group classes and boot-camps. Seriously, take a moment to think about when anyone came out from workouts like those and came out much different? Yes, you may "lose a little bit of weight", but you can generally get that from just getting up and doing anything. The simple fact is that without performing fundamental barbell strength training, no amount of generic random workouts will continue to drive progress.


The problem with the fitness industry in general is that many avoid barbell training simply because it's hard to teach, or worse case scenario (which is actually fairly common), the trainer/coach themselves do not know how to perform basic barbell exercises themselves, let alone teach it! This is why most push unproductive exercises or 1000's of random machine exercises that makes you "feel" like you're doing something, yet after a couple of months never really achieves anything more.

A FEW TIMELINE PHOTOS ON PAST TO PRESENT...

Start to finish. Our first private PT studio in Kellyville Ridge, 2013. After leaving Fitness First.


Very minimal equipment at the time, basically just a half rack, some plates, bar, bench and dumbbells. Only a fan and open door for cooling!

April 2015 - After a couple of years and a few extra pieces of equipment, we decided it was time for an upgrade. We installed a full commercial grade power rack and also added in a lat pulldown machine.


​On top of that we had the place air conditioned.

And here we are today July 2020 with a refresh of new equipment at the Beamont Hills studio.

WHY CHOOSE US

The fact is, given the number of PTs around it is a rather daunting task especially for someone new to training to identify the right PT.


The vast majority of clients we've had over the past decade that have been trained by other PTs have unfortunately been taught basic movements incorrectly. As well as had focus shifted towards many hundreds of inefficient exercises that are not ideal for getting closer to your goals. In these cases, fixing incorrect technique is usually done by us first, so don't worry about a thing! If you are completely new, that's even better. As you are able to learn the perfect technique from the get go. We have also had extensive experience in training many other PTs that have come to us for assistance as well as offered mentoring to new PTs that are in the process of getting certified.


When you start out in your fitness journey, any random exercises you throw together will still get you progress. This is due to your body going from doing nothing, to something. Because of this, progress happens. After a couple of months though, progress will decline and you'll soon find yourself at a plateau. Either due to incorrect technique (which is limiting further progress), or inefficient training programming.


​​The reason we differ from 99% of other PTs/coaches in the area is we do not prescribe generic cookie cutter training programs. All programs are highly specialised, aimed at giving you the most efficient and effective training possible. Fundamental exercises such as the squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press are a staple to our training programs. Rest assured, if you train with us, you will really be training. No balancing gimmick BS, plank crap or jumping on one foot nose touching antics with us.


What we aim to do at Hybrid Personal Training Systems is coach you on doing exercises correctly. Most importantly, we teach you on proper programming to actually "train", not just exercise. As well as carrying on programming for when you are no longer training with us.


We have a very thorough training regime, which is customisable depending on your needs (hence the name Hybrid). Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or highly advanced athlete, we've got you covered.
